Season 1 has officially concluded, but HBO has already announced that The Last of Us will be renewed for a season 2. We don't yet know when the next season will arrive.

How to Play The Last of Us Games
The Last of Us is available to play on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. This original game, first released in 2013, provides the basis for the story of the HBO series.
A sequel, The Last of Us Part 2, is also available on PlayStation 4 and is playable on PlayStation 5, thanks to the console's ability to play PS4 games through backward compatibility.
Both games earned review scores of 10/10 from IGN, receiving praise for their compelling, emotionally charged narratives.
Is The Last of Us Part 1 on Xbox?
The Last of Us is one of the biggest PlayStation exclusive games, so naturally it is not currently available to play on Xbox. It is unlikely that the game will ever come to Xbox consoles or Xbox Game Pass.
